He helps leadership teams turn strategy, budgeting, sales execution, and management discipline into repeatable operating systems—faster and more accurate quoting, tighter margin control, and smoother cross-team execution. His methodology has been productized into YTT AI Sales Master and related systems, enabling end-to-end efficiency across lead generation, deal closing, and delivery.

Chief Technology Officer
Kelvin is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at YTT, leading the architecture and delivery of YTT’s AI product suite and core platforms, including YTT AI Sales Master. He specializes in translating business methodology into executable products and reliable data workflows—making sales actions trackable, quoting and knowledge reusable, and systems stable across teams and scenarios. His focus is clear: turning growth and margin goals into scalable, repeatable operational capability.
