ABOUT YTT AI
Built in Business.
Evolved for the AI Era.
For more than three decades, YTT has been learning from one place above all others: the front line of business.
What began as hands-on management practice grew into the YTT methodology — and today, that experience is being transformed into AI systems for sales, marketing, and business decision-making.

1993 · WUHAN, CHINA
We Started With a Business Problem, Not a Technology.
YTT did not begin in a laboratory or a software company. Its roots were formed inside factories, management teams, classrooms, and real business operations.
In the 1990s, YTT founder Yongxiang Shi worked directly with companies facing practical challenges in management, growth, profitability, and execution. Those experiences gradually became a structured business methodology — built not around theory alone, but around what actually worked inside companies.
That principle remains at the heart of YTT AI today:
Technology should begin with how a business really works.

1993 · WUHAN, CHINA
From the Front Line
As a general manager, Yongxiang Shi led his team at an industry trade event in Wuhan. YTT’s earliest ideas were shaped through real business practice, not theory alone.

1996 · SHENZHEN, CHINA
From Experience to Method
Yongxiang Shi shared the YTT methodology through leadership training in Shenzhen, turning years of frontline management experience into structured business thinking.
1990s — From factory floors to management rooms, the YTT methodology took shape through practice.
A Method Built Through Practice.
From frontline management to structured systems, each stage of the YTT journey was shaped by real business challenges, real organizations, and real results.
The methodology did not appear all at once. It evolved over decades — moving from hands-on management practice to structured training, data-driven management, organizational application, and eventually the foundations of enterprise AI.

1993 · WUHAN, CHINA
From the Front Line
YTT’s earliest thinking was shaped through hands-on business management.
Working directly on the front line, Yongxiang Shi gained first-hand experience in how companies operate, how teams execute, and where management systems succeed or fail.
The starting point was never theory alone. It was business in practice.

1996 · SHENYANG, CHINA
From Practice to Method
Years of management experience began taking a more structured form.
In 1996, the first complete series of systematic management training programs was established, turning practical business experience into frameworks that could be taught, repeated, and applied by other managers.
Experience was becoming a methodology.

2002 · TSINGHUA UNIVERSITY
Data Enters the System
As the methodology developed, finance and data became increasingly important parts of management.
In 2002, Yongxiang Shi taught financial management for general managers as part of Tsinghua University’s entrepreneur training program, helping business leaders understand management through measurable financial and operational information.
Management became more measurable, structured, and data-driven.

2004 · CHINA
Scaling Across Organizations
The YTT methodology moved beyond individual management practice and into larger organizations.
During this period, it was applied through executive roles, corporate consulting, management programs, universities, and leadership development — bringing structured business thinking into more complex organizational environments.
The method was no longer limited to one company. It was becoming a system for organizations.

2014 · SHENZHEN, CHINA
From Management Systems to Business Intelligence
By 2014, YTT had developed deeper systems around profit management, budgeting, and business decision-making.
These practices connected strategy, financial information, operational execution, and management decisions — creating the kind of structured business context that would later become increasingly important for enterprise AI.
The foundation was shifting from management experience to structured business intelligence.
What began as management practice became a system — and the system kept evolving.
What Has Never Changed.
01

Business Context First.
AI works better when it understands the products, customers, rules, and realities behind the business.
02

Practice Before Theory.
Our systems are shaped around real workflows, real decisions, and real business problems — not technology for technology's sake.
03

Turn Experience Into Systems.
Great companies accumulate valuable knowledge over years. We help turn that knowledge into something teams — and AI — can actually use.
Decades of Business Experience.
Now Built Into AI.
YTT AI brings decades of business methodology into a new generation of AI-powered systems.
Instead of asking companies to adapt their business to generic AI, we build around the knowledge, workflows, customer context, and decision logic they already have.
Today, YTT AI helps global B2B companies turn that knowledge into systems for growth.

Built for the Next Chapter of Business.
Businesses have more data, more tools, and more AI than ever before.
What they still need is context — the knowledge of how customers think, how decisions are made, and how work actually gets done.
That is what YTT AI is built to capture, connect, and put to work.
