1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YTT AI ("YTT AI", "the app", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service
YTT AI helps businesses plan, schedule, publish, and analyze their own social media content across supported platforms (including YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others we may add). Features include content composition, scheduling, publishing on your behalf, and performance dashboards and reports built from metrics we retrieve for the accounts you connect.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and be authorized to act for any business or social media account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Connecting third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest), you authorize YTT AI to access and act on that account only to provide the features you request. Your use of each platform through YTT AI is also subject to that platform's own terms. Depending on the platforms you connect, these include the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/terms-of-service/en), X Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos), Meta Terms of Service for Facebook, Instagram and Threads (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms), LinkedIn User Agreement (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement), and Pinterest Terms of Service (https://policy.pinterest.com/en/terms-of-service). You are responsible for complying with those terms and each platform's content and community policies. We never publish or modify content without your explicit action (scheduling or approval).

5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through YTT AI. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish that content to the destinations you choose. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any law or platform policy. You must not use YTT AI to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spam, or abusive content.

6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate any law or the policies of any connected platform.
Do not attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the app.
Do not resell or provide the app to third parties except as expressly permitted by us.

7. Intellectual property
The app, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; no other rights are granted.

8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and data obtained through platform APIs is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party platform will remain available or continue to permit access through its API. Platform availability, rate limits, and policies are controlled by the respective platforms, not by us.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTT AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the app.

11. Termination
You may stop using the app and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the app, its users, or to comply with law. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction at the operator's registered location in Suzhou, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
